"Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation" (無職転生 ～異世界行ったら本気だす～) is a Japanese anime series in the isekai genre, adapted from the light novel by Rifujin na Magonote. A 34-year-old unemployed recluse dies saving teenagers from a truck and is reborn in a magical world as the infant Rudeus Greyrat. Retaining the knowledge and experience of his past life, he vows to live a full life and not repeat his mistakes. However, despite his innocent appearance and genius magical abilities, a perverted otaku still lives inside him, dreaming of finally dating a girl.
The tone is epic, emotional, with elements of psychological drama. The series does not shy away from heavy themes: trauma, loneliness, sexual development, responsibility for a new life. The animation by Studio Bind is of cinematic quality, with detailed landscapes, smooth battle scenes, and expressive character expressions.
