Description

Apple TV+ releases the spin-off of For All Mankind — Star City on May 29, 2026. The action shifts to an alternate 1960, where Soviet cosmonauts were the first to land on the Moon. Behind the Iron Curtain, in the forests of the Moscow region, lies a secret town where cosmonauts, engineers, and intelligence officers take any risk for the space program. The tone is tense, paranoid, with the authenticity characteristic of Ronald D. Moore's universe. Format — 8 episodes, the premiere will take place at the Canneseries festival. If you liked For All Mankind, Chernobyl, or historical thrillers in the spirit of Game in Cinema — Star City will show the space race from an unusual perspective.
