How to recognize a tyrant in a man? Why does a loving and caring husband turn into a real monster overnight? These questions begin to plague the heroine of the series "Private Life," who finds herself in a very difficult situation, from which it is extremely hard to find a way out. The issue of domestic violence is widespread in our time and is a real problem of modernity.

What is the series "Private Life" about?
Lena and Andrey are a beautiful couple, living in an idyllic relationship. While Andrey takes care of providing for the family, Lena keeps the house in order, raises their child, and does everything to keep her husband happy. Many consider their family exemplary, some even envy them, not believing that such relationships exist. And not without reason, as the Ivanov family is far from being as cloudless and calm as it seems.

Behind closed doors, everything changes drastically: Andrey abuses his wife, does not shy away from physical violence, while she, like a submissive victim, endures all of her husband's torment. But one day, the truth comes to light. After a street fight, Andrey beats a guy to death. This leads to the opening of a criminal case, which is assigned to Ruslan Timofeyev.

The police captain discovers that Andrey is not as perfect as he seems, and his past is filled with horrifying secrets. Lena, seeing her husband's true face once again, decides to escape with her child from the man who has caused her so much pain, no matter the cost.

Private Life Season 2 – who is who?
Lena Ivanova – a housewife on maternity leave. While her husband works, she manages the household. She endures beatings from her husband but takes no action until he crosses the line completely. The role is played by Orit Bleizer ("Parisian Secret," "Velvet Season," "Street Justice").
Andrey Ivanov – a successful businessman, Lena's husband. A tyrant who beats and morally humiliates his wife. The role is played by Konstantin Solovyov ("Mechanics of Love," "The Secret of the Last Chapter," "Kenzeli").
