Unforgotten

Few crime series manage to last long. In most cases, they are canceled after just 2 seasons. But this project became an exception due to its detective storyline. Therefore, it is interesting to observe the development of events in the series Unforgotten Season 4, the release date of which has not yet been set.

Plot of the series
In a small provincial town, life flows steadily and calmly. The people here are accustomed to silence and try to stay away from noise. They believe that any hustle and bustle disrupts the peace of life. For this reason, many citizens are unhappy. They simply do not know how to value time and are ready to waste it on various nonsense. Although time is so fleeting that it is necessary to enjoy every moment.

But not every resident of the province has such an opportunity. Take, for example, Cassie and Sunny. They work as detectives and are forced to investigate minor crimes every day. After all, their superiors have set a clear goal: to reduce the crime rate in the area. Of course, no one here was engaged in banditry or drug trafficking. There was no talk of serious crimes either. However, the number of thefts was indeed quite high. And for this reason, the boss was very worried. After all, in the future, thieves, convinced of their impunity, could commit even more serious crimes.

However, the heroes are forced to put aside old cases and take on a new one, which could become the most resonant. One fine day, a distressing call came into the police station. The caller turned out to be the construction manager of a project taking place on the outskirts of the town. During the demolition of a building, workers discovered a human skeleton. The main characters immediately rushed to the crime scene. They understood that nothing like this had ever happened in this town, so public attention to the case would be heightened. To prevent panic among the population, it is necessary to quickly investigate the case and understand to whom the remains belong.

Main characters
Cassie Stuart – a policewoman who has dedicated her life to her work. She believes she is doing a service to society and always follows the voice of reason.
Sunny Khan – the heroine's partner. He always tries to listen to his colleague, as he considers her an experienced and truly talented investigator. For this reason, he does everything possible to assist her in investigating the new case.
Murray Boulting – a sergeant who joined the service not long ago. Therefore, he differs from other detectives in that he believes in the absolute justice of the justice system.
