TV Asahi is launching the comedy anime "Divine Garden at the Kusunoki Estate" in April 2026, where exorcism meets slice-of-life humor. The premiere on April 4 introduces viewers to Minato Kusunoki, a guy who accidentally becomes the caretaker of a house in a village and cleanses it of evil spirits with a single motion—unaware that various gods and spirits will now start to gather there.
The series is built on situational comedy: Minato is an ordinary guy who doesn't believe in the supernatural but is forced to feed and care for the deities that have turned his home into a divine hostel.
