Plot of the series
The main character dreams of becoming a true knight, but for that, he needs to master magic, and he is not very good at it, despite studying at a specialized magic school. Because Ikki's academic performance was lower than that of all the others, he was held back a year. Of course, the guy was saddened by this turn of events, and on top of everything, he was given the nickname the Unlucky Knight.
At the moment when Ikki thought things couldn't get worse, a decree was issued at the school stating that students would now be assigned to rooms according to their rank and magical abilities. The guy ends up with a conceited girl as a roommate, who is a princess and, by the way, quite skilled in magic. They immediately disliked each other, and a conflict began between them from the very first minute. To somehow settle their relationship, they arrange a duel that is supposed to decide a lot. The winner gets full power, while the loser promises to obey the winner in everything.
Ikki is completely thrown off course and is ready to give up on his dream, as he has no talent for magic; however, the school principal, who is one of the strongest magicians in their world, sees great potential in the young man that he simply has not yet discovered in himself.

Main characters
