Light of Life

Life is fleeting, but you only truly realize this when you find out that you don't have much time left. Often, this realization comes to those who are terminally ill and are living out their final days. However, the story told in the Norwegian series "Light of Life" is completely different from all similar ones; it proves once again that life should be loved, no matter what. What is the series "Light of Life" about?
Esther Sand is still quite young, positive, and believes that only good things await her in the future. However, another visit to the doctor proves otherwise. It turns out that Esther has cervical cancer, and she doesn't have much time left. The worst part is that she receives this news on a day that was supposed to be happy, positive, and memorable—her fortieth birthday. Naturally, this shocks Esther, but it shocks her family and friends even more.
The main character is one of those people from whom everyone expects eternal life simply because they cannot imagine life without her. When the initial shock passes, she becomes the one who comforts her loved ones: her husband, children, father, and friends. She is not ready to leave this world yet and is determined to make the most of her life. Esther intends to enjoy and be happy, despite all the circumstances.
Light of Life Season 2 – who is who
Esther Sand –
a woman who learned on her 40th birthday that she has cancer. She doesn't give up but decides to live as long as she is meant to, enjoying life. The role is played by Nina Ellen Odegor.
