What happened in the first seasons
This series is about the work of emergency doctors. People always place great hopes on them. Everyone wants to believe that the ambulance will arrive in time and provide the necessary assistance. That they will get to the hospital alive. Unfortunately, in reality, not everything is so rosy. Ambulances get stuck in traffic jams, and doctors can be incompetent. Moreover, the vehicles that the doctors work with are old and often break down.

One of these vehicles is where Konstantin Kulygin starts working. He does not look like an ordinary driver. And the ambulance crew realizes this during calls. In the most difficult cases, Konstantin comes to the doctors' aid. And he gives advice that helps save patients' lives. Later, colleagues find out that Kulygin is actually a doctor. He worked in emergency care for many years. But one day he couldn't save the governor's son after a car accident. Orlov did everything to deprive Kulygin not only of his license but also of his freedom. After his release, Kulygin changes his place of residence. At the end of the first season, Konstantin tries to become a doctor again. He takes the exam, but his license is denied. And all at Orlov's behest.

In the second season, Kulygin continues to work at the substation. Despite not having a license, he helps the doctors. He repeatedly saves patients' lives using his knowledge and experience. He left his wife Ella for Raya, the paramedic. They are expecting a child. A case helps him get on television. Millions learn his story. But Orlov wants to prevent this. Suddenly, Orlov's wife feels unwell. The only one who can help her is Konstantin. And he saves the woman's life. This changes everything. Kulygin manages to regain his medical license. But the ghosts of the past won't let him go. And dealing with them will be difficult.

Emergency Room season 3: plot
Finally, Konstantin Kulygin will work as a doctor legally. Ahead of him and his colleagues are many challenging cases. They will have to assist in childbirth in emergency conditions. And also save patients from exotic animals. There will be new additions at the substation. They will meet the new driver Kamyshev and paramedic Lera. The latter will show an undeniable interest in Lomagin. What will come of this? And what awaits the main characters? We will find out in the series Emergency Room season 3.
