Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a fantasy series that tells the story of a group led by Phil Coulson fighting against enemies. Many were captivated by this action from the very first seasons, making it a cult classic, and all seasons, from the first to the sixth, were successful and very popular with the audience. Fans of the gripping story are eagerly awaiting the continuation of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 7, the release date of which has already been announced.
Series Plot
This series is one of the branches of the Marvel universe. Everything revolves around one man – Phil Coulson, who was killed in the movie "The Avengers," which initially caused some confusion among viewers regarding his resurrection. He assembled a new S.H.I.E.L.D. team from unusual and very different people, taking the lead of this organization.
S.H.I.E.L.D. members have various abilities, qualities, and skills, but their characters and manners also differ greatly, which initially makes their relationships develop rather slowly. Of course, not immediately, but over time they get used to each other and are even willing to make certain sacrifices for the well-being of their comrades. Soon, as everyone else thinks, the team leader, Phil Coulson, dies. And the S.H.I.E.L.D. members, facing difficulties, try to find a worthy replacement for him. But, as it turns out, their leader is not dead at all, and all the agents, coming together again, begin a new battle on the side of good against evil. They have much to do, as the fate of all humanity depends on their actions.
Main Characters
Phil Coulson – the head of S.H.I.E.L.D. Previously collaborated with the Avengers, but after his "death," he decided to create his own organization to confront villains with the combined strength of his team. At the end of Season 5, the character supposedly dies again, but even then he manages to cheat death and return alive to his comrades, continuing to manage all affairs.
Grant Ward – a former Hydra agent (a terrorist organization) who had the task of infiltrating the trust of S.H.I.E.L.D. members, particularly Phil Coulson himself. After betraying Phil and his team, he became the leader of Hydra.
Melinda May – a current S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, of Japanese descent. The ex-wife of Andrew Garner (an experienced psychiatrist who previously collaborated with S.H.I.E.L.D.). Has the nickname "The Cavalry."
Leopold Fitz – originally from Scotland, a current S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. Best friend of Jemma Simmons. A brilliant engineer invited to the team by Phil Coulson, who noticed great potential in this young man. In one of the battles, he sustained severe injuries (brain damage), which prevented him from participating in the organization's affairs for a long time. After recovery, he continued to assist the other members.
Jemma Simmons – an outstanding scientist specializing in biochemistry. She was recruited by Phil in her youth and continues to assist him to this day. Best friend of Leo Fitz.
Skye – a former S.H.I.E.L.D. member, a talented hacker.
