Movies about space adventures have always been very popular because people are drawn to the mystery of the unexplored expanses of our universe. Fans of the space saga are eagerly awaiting the release of Star Trek: Discovery Season 3, the release date of which has not yet been officially announced, but we will tell you about the approximate premiere dates.
Plot of the series
The events of the series transport us to an alternate reality where humans navigate the vastness of space without any problems. The borders of states have long since extended beyond planets, uniting entire star systems and galaxies. Two of the largest states are on the brink of war. The Federation of Planets seeks peace and tranquility for its citizens, while the Klingon Empire craves total power and is willing to go to any lengths to achieve it.
The Federation ship is sent to the outskirts of its territories, as reports come in that one of the main antennas has malfunctioned. The crew of the starship heads there for what seems like a routine mission, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they find themselves in the thick of events. During the repair of the damaged antenna, it becomes clear that it didn't break down by accident; someone clearly had a hand in it, aiming to weaken the Federation by depriving it of such an important element of intergalactic communication. Additionally, the radars detect an unidentified ship that does not bode well. Most likely, it is a Klingon vessel preparing to unite with its enemies into a coalition capable of capturing the Federation. The ship's crew must prevent the outbreak of war, as its scale would be terrifying, resulting in the deaths of a vast number of Federation inhabitants.
Main characters
Michael Burnham – a scientist specializing in waging war against a hostile race.
Saru – the first officer of the captain, who is also a scientist.
Gabriel Lorca – the captain of the Discovery ship, responsible for it and the entire crew. He is an officer.
