The plot of the series Strange City
This is a science fiction film project that tells about the lives of people living in a future city called Weird. It is quite a strange little town: the entire society is divided into the rich and the poor, with no middle class at all. This division is felt both on a physical and economic level. Wealthy people live above the line, while the impoverished live below. A significant difference is also felt in terms of earning money: salaries differ by tens of times.
There is no single storyline where all events revolve around one hero. Each episode tells us about one hero, a resident of the city of Weird. We will see how the characters navigate and act in this rather unusual world.

What was shown in Season 1
Each episode is a new story. For example, in the first episode, viewers met Stu. He lives above the line, although he was born below it. Because of this, he was not assigned a partner with whom he could build a relationship. Stu turns to a dating service to find a suitable match. Soon, a suitable candidate is found for him – a woman named Bert. Despite the age difference, a relationship develops between them. Stu and Bert decide to get married, but the authorities find new partners for them. To maintain their relationship, the couple decides to move below the line.
