Added animations and cooldowns for glyph usage and consumption!
_essentially cooler glyphs, but you cannot use the fire glyph as a flamethrower anymore _
known bugs: sometimes using a glyph messes up your inventory paperdoll in singleplayer, fixed by going into F5
