— Added a toggle in the presets menu to revert to default settings
— Players migrating from Hardcore Revive+ will have their lives set to 1. The server admin will still have to activate the preset in settings.
— Players migrating from Hardcore Revive Reloaded with 4 lives will have their lives set to 3 upon joining.
