Add fluids support

The first drop of moaricemod. Added Fort-Ice, a super durible ice in all varieties. Also added stairs, walls, and slabs in all varieties of Fort-Ice and regular varieties. Also added buttons for normal ice varieties. Lastly, there are icicles for all regular ice varieties

adapted to neoforge

Upgrade the house generation so it doesent appear with bugs, reduce the spawnrate of teto so it isnt crowded with kasane.
