Added egg retrieval, commands, lots of gamerules, and a few more changes to karma for some extra customization. If anything doesn’t work, let us know as usual.

Added a very _very_ **rudamentory** karma system that can be influenced by most combat related actions including combat-logging. Once again please contact us if there are any issues.

Increased warden aggression around the Egg carrying player. Added a neat pogo starting trick for the mace requiring crouching and jumping (Requires the Egg obviously).

Allowed endermen revenge spawning for any player with and without the Dragon Egg.

Changed literally one line of code to fix a bug I didn’t even check was possible before fixing. If you managed to find it and prove it, I’ll eat a bag of worms live on twitch or something.
